Most people think productivity is about pushing through — but that only works until your energy runs out.
When you’re neurodivergent, productivity isn’t about forcing focus. It’s about learning your rhythm, honoring what fuels you, and moving with it instead of against it.

That’s the energy behind Unmasked Focus On — a playlist created for ADHD Awareness Month that gives you something to move with, not push through. It’s upbeat, intentional, and designed to help you start, finish, and feel good doing it.

Why I Made This Playlist

In honor of ADHD Awareness Month, I wanted to create something that felt honest about what productivity really looks like when you’re neurodivergent.

I live with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, and productivity for me has never been about discipline — it’s about comfort, energy, and environment.

Most of the time, the world isn’t built for how we think. It can feel too loud, too sharp, or too draining.
This playlist is my way of saying you can still get things done without muting what makes you feel alive.

It’s meant to help you stay productive without shrinking your energy or losing your sense of self.

The Energy Behind Each Song

The playlist runs for a full hour, but here are a few of the songs that mean the most to me — and why they might speak to you, too.

Focus & Grow

This one feels like a statement.
When you’re locked in on what you want to achieve, you start to prove to yourself that you can do it — and that’s when growth happens. It’s a reminder that consistency doesn’t have to be loud. If you stay focused and keep showing up, things start to move.

Be Someone Who Still Tries (Flow One)

This track captures that moment when things don’t go as planned, and you start to wonder if maybe it just isn’t meant for you.
But sometimes the path just looks different than you expected. You still gained skills, met people, and opened new doors because you tried. That’s growth in motion. Starting over and trying again is its own form of success.

You Can Do Hard Things (Flow One)

This one is the gentle push.
It’s for those moments when you feel tired, uncertain, or stretched too thin. The song reminds you that resilience doesn’t mean doing everything alone. Asking for help is part of strength, and doing hard things is how we grow into the next version of ourselves.

Each track in Unmasked Focus On holds space for that in-between — the parts of the day when you’re trying, adjusting, or rebuilding your energy.

What It Represents

This playlist is about permission.
To approach productivity differently.
To feel deeply.
To move forward without having to change who you are.

If you’ve ever felt out of place in your own process, I made this for you. Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is feel good in your own environment.

Listen + Stay Connected

Every Sunday at 6 PM ET, a new Feel Good Sounds playlist drops — made for productivity, energy, and creative flow.

You can stream it, download it if it’s part of your plan, or just let it play while you move through your day.
